Subject: Bug report usage

> I follow these guidelines w/r/t bug reports:

> 1) ensure bug titles convey information at a glance (include [R] for

> 2) Mark "Fixed" and priority 1 when a bug is fixed (i.e. committed
> to CVS)

> 3) Mark "Fixed" bugs closed when a release is made

> 4) Bugs with insufficient information are marked Pending

> 5) Irreproducible/orphaned (i.e. nobody cares) bugs get priority=2
